It is located at Kharghar. It is good place to trek in the early morning. The location of the Dam is near to Golf Course of Kharghar. Once you cross Golf Course, Kharghar you will find the muddy roads and that gives you feel of rural atmosphere. The best time to visit the place is after monsoon and during early hours of the day.

Everyone who likes to photograph nature should carry their gear because you will find lot of interesting element which can be captured.

The path leading towards the dam is safe and not very steep. I recommend people who are planning to climb to the top should wear sport shoe.

It is really cool to find the mix of agriculture land and the Urban towers of Kharghar from the top of the dam.

While going towards the dam there are lots of flowers and bushes. It is clean place personally I didn't find much litter around.
I found many visitors climbing with 2 wheelers on the top. But I will recommend to use feet and reach the top if you are first time visitor so that you get a good view of nature and other scenery around the place.
